Ally Love is a founder, wellness leader, and media personality who has built her career at the intersection of performance, culture, and community. She is a Peloton Instructor, TODAY on-air contributor, and the Founder & CEO of Love Squad, her community and platform dedicated to helping people lead with confidence, clarity, and connection. Ally hosted Netflix's Dance 100, the Matrix Awards, and spent 11 seasons as an in-arena host for the Brooklyn Nets, bringing her signature presence to some of the biggest stages in sports and entertainment.

At Peloton, Ally has helped shape modern fitness storytelling—creating marquee series like Sundays with Love and HIIT & Hills, and bringing high-impact cultural moments to life for millions through major artist experiences, including rides inspired by icons like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé. Beyond the studio, she operates as a strategic builder: Ally is the VP of Instructor Strategy & Development, serves on Hyatt's Wellness Advisory Board and the J.P. Morgan Athletes Council, and was tapped as Chief Hydration Officer for Contigo, where she designs functional, stylish hydration products that make healthy habits easier (and cooler) to keep.

Diane is Deloitte Consulting's Future of Work leader focused on Work re-Design and Talent Optimization, and Financial Services. Diane and her teams enable complex global organizations to “future proof” and maintain competitive advantage through a focus on value-based outcomes, optimal human:AI collaboration and the re-imagination of work, workforce and workplace.

In her roles she leverages broad consulting and international corporate experience partnering with her clients to achieve market alignment, business goal achievement and positive talent and customer experience. Her experience includes work re-architecture, legal entity restructuring, M&A, new business, location strategy, business line and operations transformation, technology modernization and union negotiation/works council consultation. Diane has acted as a regional Management Committee Member, HC regional head, generalist, strategist and deep functional expert; and Deloitte's Human Capital Offering Chief Modernization Officer, and FSI M&A and Private Equity and AI Leader.

Diane is on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of NYC. Past Board seats include the Women's Refugee Commission, The Wall Street Women's Alliance and the Women's Bond Club. Former industry affiliations include Goldman Sachs, TD Bank and TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage.

Darnide Cayo joined Con Edison in 2016 as a Senior Specialist in Talent Management, supporting leadership development programs and helping employees transition from union roles to management, as well as assisting recent college graduates with rotational assignments. She later moved to Electric Operations, taking on leadership roles in Manhattan Field Services, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Meter & Test, and most recently Staten Island Underground.

Darnide holds a BA in Business Communication and an MA in Corporate Communication from Baruch College, as well as a Master of Education from Columbia University. She is currently completing a Doctor of Education at Columbia University, where her research focuses on the psychological safety of field employees. Darnide is also a proud recipient of the 2019 Con Edison Living Our Values award and the 2025 Team Award as Co-Chairperson of the Electric Operations Safety Conference.

Her passion for helping others led her to co-found a non-profit focused on supporting displaced victims of natural disasters in rural Haiti. In recognition of her emergency relief work, former President George W. Bush honored her for her dedication to humanitarian causes.

Teresa C. Younger is an activist, advocate, renowned public speaker, and organizational strategist who has spent 30 years on the frontlines of critical battles for comprehensive equity and the elimination of institutionalized oppression. For 12 years, she served as President and CEO of the Ms. Foundation for Women, the longest-serving CEO of color and second-longest-serving CEO in the organization’s 50-year history.

Prior to joining the Ms. Foundation for Women, Younger served as the executive director of the Connecticut General Assembly’s Permanent Commission on the Status of Women and as executive director of the ACLU of Connecticut — the first African American and first woman to hold that position.

A thought leader at the intersections of gender and race, Younger has shaped the narrative of women and girls through initiatives including the Women’s Funding Network, Grantmakers for Girls of Color, and Funders for Reproductive Equity. She was named one of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Philanthropy” and to the “Top 100 Leaders in Philanthropy” by Inside Philanthropy.

Younger currently serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts of the USA and Equal Justice Works.

A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Younger holds an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from the University of New Haven and was inducted into the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame.
